Restaurant Manager - Cockermouth - Brewers Fayre Salary:£37,000 - £39,250 ( Depending on Experience) + Potential 25% annual bonus. Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre-shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one to ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
* Maintain high standards with attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team are knowledgeable and confident.
* Manage labour and cost margins effectively and drive sales and revenue, using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion change and implement improvements with the team.
