Senior Operations Executive

About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Executive (up to 1 year fixed term contract) to deliver a planned, organised and high-quality operational service for Mars, a key client account. Sitting within the Client team, this role combines day‑to‑day operational administration with process improvement, project support and close collaboration with both internal teams and client stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the client’s operational team, using your operational expertise to troubleshoot issues, improve ways of working and ensure best-in‑class service delivery. Accuracy, curiosity and strong operational judgement are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the central operational point of contact, ensuring clear communication between internal teams, suppliers and client stakeholders
* Own operational toolkits, field documentation, reporting systems and the client reporting platform
* Coordinate asset and equipment distribution through third‑party suppliers
* Troubleshoot operational and system issues in a fast‑paced environment, identifying themes and driving resolution
* Review, document and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and profitability
* Conduct regular field visits to validate processes and embed improvements
* Deliver operational briefings, field communications, insight reporting and stakeholder updates
* Support client system launches, training and adoption across field teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience owning and supporting operational systems or platforms, ideally within field or mobile workforce environments.
* Hands‑on experience with system configuration, user support and troubleshooting.
* Strong process mapping and operational improvement skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or reporting platform experience (e.g. Salesforce) beneficial.
* Background in field marketing or sales operations desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to work 3 days per week in the Stokenchurch and work outside standard hours may be required.
