About the job:We are recruiting for a Sales administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment. You will be responsible for: Supporting existing customers and drivers with ordering their next vehicle Helping with online portal access, test drive bookings, and general ordering advice Ensuring vehicle orders are completed correctly the first time, with all required information and documents Working closely with Customer Relations to keep systems and reports up to date (renewals, driver changes, etc.) Supporting partner and business channels with vehicle quotes, orders, and manual payments Looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient Providing a professional and helpful phone service to internal and external customers Resolving queries quickly, aiming for first-call resolution and working within agreed SLAs What will you bring to the global premium automotive brand: Educated to GCSE/A-Level equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills at all management levels. Effective organizational and time management skills. Proactive and able to react quickly. Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
