We are currently Looking for Outbound Sales Advisors to join our existing successful Houghton- le- Spring based Team. Location: Houghton- Le- Spring DH4.
Permanent Role, start date asap in the New Year.
Fixed base Salary & Monthly Commissions paid per sale.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible to make Outbound Calls to our Existing and Potential New Customers, you will be responsible to manage an allocated Campaign dialling and offering our customers the opportunity to upgrade their basic cover, repair booking confirmation and cover and offering renewals etc… across a selection of products new and old.
This is a target driven role and you will receive Training and KPI’s to be measured against. Training is approx. 1 week.

Other Info:
· Current Standard working Hours are Monday- Friday 9-5pm
· This is an office-based Role in Houghton le Spring DH4 (this is not a remote role).
· Salary Full time Equivalent is £23’985 approx. Plus Sales based Commissions
(This will be pro rata dependant on hours agreed based on 21 years+).
