A leading digital marketing agency is searching for a talented and experienced Head of Creative Services to guide their creative teams and streamline the delivery of high-quality campaigns across multiple sectors, including entertainment, sports and healthcare.
In this senior role, you’ll oversee all aspects of creative operations — from resource management and workflow optimisation to quality control and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with project managers, production, and account teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, creatively, and on schedule.
Who you are:
* An accomplished leader with solid experience managing creative studios or operations, preferably within a fast-moving agency setting.
* Skilled at overseeing a variety of creative disciplines including design, motion graphics, video production, and digital content.
* Comfortable balancing fast turnaround projects alongside compliance-heavy healthcare campaigns.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with ease.
* A strong communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team.
* Passionate about improving processes and adopting new tools to enhance team productivity and creativity.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the London office and 3 days remote.
Salary for this position ranges from ÂŁ75,000 to ÂŁ80,000, depending on experience.
