The role:
Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a technically minded Architectural Assistant, Technician or Technologist with excellent 3D Visualisation skills to work in the pre-construction design team.
You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation.
Requirements:
* Excellent 3D Visualisation ability
* Strong technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regs
* Ability to produce feasibility, planning and working drawings.
* Working knowledge of Revit and BIM including modelling and BIM strategy.
* Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of 8M would be beneficial.
