Senior Associate – Commercial Property | Bristol 🏢
This is a really strong opportunity to step into a Senior Associate role where you are genuinely trusted to help shape a growing Commercial Property practice in Bristol, rather than just sit within it.
You will have real ownership from day one, running your own matters, building client relationships, and playing an active part in how the team develops in the market.
The work sits within a broad Real Estate offering covering development, investment, property finance and commercial occupier matters, with the added benefit of working alongside planning, construction and property disputes teams where needed.
What you will be doing
* Running your own matters with autonomy and a commercial mindset
* Building and developing long term client relationships 🤝
* Supporting partners on key client work while developing your own pipeline
* Getting involved in business development with a real expectation to help win work
* Supervising and supporting junior lawyers in the team
* Contributing ideas to how the team grows and develops in Bristol
What they are looking for
* 6+ PQE with strong commercial property experience
* Confident managing matters and clients independently
* Evidence of being involved in BD and ideally winning work
* Strong technical ability across core real estate areas
* Someone who enjoys being part of a growing, collaborative team
