About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
✨ Support high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3–5
✨ Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, child-centred activities
✨ Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups
✨ Help create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
✨ Observe, record, and contribute to assessments in line with EYFS frameworks
✨ Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families

About You
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching Assistance
✔ Has experience working within an EYFS setting
✔ Understands the EYFS curriculum and child development
✔ Is warm, nurturing, and committed to supporting every child
✔ Can use their initiative and work well as part of a team
✔ Communicates confidently and professionally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
