Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture your key client relationships
* Devise and deliver omni-channel campaign strategies
* Translate data insight into actionable campaign and business activities
* Work with the wider business to plan, monitor and measure campaign effectiveness
* Create and manage client briefs, coordinating internal and external resources across the Strategy, Data, Creative and Analytics teams
* Where relevant, ensure a seamless execution of campaigns, including working with the print and CCM operational teams
* Update accounts with reporting and business intelligence aligned to campaign success
* Monitoring, measurement and influencing client satisfaction to ensure high delivery standards are maintained
* Ensure client SLAs are in place and consistently met
* Management of commercial arrangements both ad-hoc and contractual
* Seek efficiencies and improvements
* Manage documentation across schedules of work
* Support in the creation of project and commercial documentation
* Line management, coaching and mentoring of Account Managers / Execs aligned to your accounts
In addition to the above, we may require you to carry out any other duties within your reasonable competence.
Experience
7-10 years experience either in a client-side marketing campaign execution role or in a Client Services role agency-side.
