Dounemount Care Home is looking to appoint a talented and motivated Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Based on the outskirts of MacDuff, our care home offers excellent standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 34 residents.
Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) Contract
· £22 per hour.
· Contracted to 40-hours per week.
· Pension.
· 5.6 weeks annual leave.
· Uniform provided.
· PVG paid.
· Onsite parking.
Dounemount Care Homes Current Performance
· CQC Compliance: Graded with two 3's and three 4's.
· Occupancy: 90%+ full
· Agency: Consistently very low usage
We Believe the Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) of Dounemount Care Home will be
· RGN / RMN Qualified
· Strong clinical skills.
· Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
· Experienced of leading and managing a team.
· Able to support staff with further training and support.
· Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time. xxuwjjq
