As a subject matter expert, you will have significant experience of working to deliver ISP services to B2B Customers. With extensive experience working in collaborative teams across sales, technical, engineering, and operations, you will be customer-facing and confident working directly with top-tier customers, including the ability to articulate commercial offerings with professionalism and enthusiasm. The role will require a tenacity for lead generation, through to close of opportunity focusing on key sectors and strategic acquisition logos.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Customer relationship management, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with new customers.
* Collaborating with Marketing on all campaigns, delivering successful outreach and follow up. Ensuring all in and outbound created leads are followed up with urgency.
* Commercial account development, strategically building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and developing plans to expand across verticals/sectors.
* Product knowledge, possess an understanding of the product and service offerings and effectively communicate the value to customers. Escalations to solutions architecture, developing tailored solutions that align with customer objectives, budgets and constraints, detailing any assumptions.
* Proposal development, creating comprehensive and compelling proposal, which may include technical specifications, pricing and potential implementation timelines, focusing on the outcome required.
* Interface across teams, articulating customer requirement ensuring smooth transition through to National Account Team.
Qualifications And Requirements
* Proven experience in new business development within the telecoms sector.
* Track record of preparing solutions and costs to meet customer expectations within budgets.
* Knowledge of telecom technologies, including Wireless, Broadband, VoIP, Cloud services, and Network infrastructure.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clients.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to develop effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* UK driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
