CSCS Carded Plasterer / Tilers required to start immediately on a Social Housing Scheme across Macclesfield & Knutsford, focusing on complete bathroom repair and build works.
Job Details:
Working in 2x2m bathrooms, tiling 6/7 tiles, then skimming off the rest of the bathroom walls, with movement between properties.
Responsibilities include:
* Cleaning walls and ceilings to remove dust, grease, or old paint
* Applying bonding agents or primers if required
* Checking for dampness or structural issues that need fixing before plastering
* Cutting, fitting, and laying new tiles
* Grouting and sealing new foundations in properties
* Complete surface preparation and environment control
