Out of Hours Co ordinator - Alternate Weekends

Job Description:

At Dale Care, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Out Of Hour Care Coordinator. As a vital part of our Teesside team, you'll play a crucial role in managing our multi-line switchboard, handling queries from carers, service users, and external bodies. This position isn't solely home-based; it also involves office-based work.

Our commitment to delivering high-quality care means you'll need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.

Essential requirements:
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Experience managing a busy workload
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to analyse situations and make timely decisions
Desirable:
* Call centre experience
* Previous experience in the care sector
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Capacity to remain calm under pressure
Salary:

Weekends: £14.50 per hour

Hours of work:
* weekend on and weekend off Early and Late Shift
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
