Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
Experienced in a fresh food kitchen and confident across all sections
Skilled in pasta or Mediterranean cookery with a love for clean, bold flavours
Able to lead calmly during service and support junior team members
Passionate about consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Strong understanding of kitchen organisation and food safety practices
Motivated to contribute to a forward-thinking, quality-led kitchen team
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Leading the kitchen alongside the Head Chef during busy services
Preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and care
Overseeing day-to-day prep and section management
Maintaining food hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness
Helping train and guide junior chefs in daily operations
Contributing to dish development and seasonal planning
