What You’ll Do as a Front of House Supervisor
* Lead and inspire the front of house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
* Support the management team in the smooth running of shifts.
* Train and develop team members, creating a fun and motivated atmosphere.
* Handle guest feedback with confidence and care.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance.
