You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, improving engineering processes, and driving continuous improvement projects across the production environment. This role would suit an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a Lead Engineer position or an existing Lead Engineer seeking a stable, well-supported environment with long-term progression opportunities.
