As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include…
* Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email
* Organising POs, sending orders to suppliers and following up orders
* Carrying out general administrative duties
* Dealing with purchasing, chasing orders and checking deliveries
* Liaising with sales team and supporting with paperwork if needed
* Entering supplier invoices onto the system
We are looking for an Administrator with the following skills and experience…
* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in an administrator role
* Confident using CRM systems, experience with Zoho would be advantageous
* Happy answering the phones, with a positive telephone manner
* Previous experience with bookkeeping and purchasing would be a bonus
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail, accurate, with a strong work ethic
In return, the successful Administrator will receive a salary of £26,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
