The Role
As Reception Manager, you will lead the front-of-house reception and guest relations team. Your role is pivotal in creating unforgettable first impressions, managing seamless guest journeys, and ensuring operational flow from front desk to floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of hosts and receptionists with energy, professionalism, and grace
* Ensure each guest is greeted warmly, with a high level of personal attention
* Handle VIP and high-profile guest bookings with discretion and precision
* Work closely with the General Manager and Events team to support private dining and exclusive events
* Monitor guest feedback and continuously elevate service standards
* Uphold the brands luxury ethos in all front-of-house communications and presentations
About You
* Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Head Host(ess) in a high-end restaurant, members club, or luxury hospitality environment
* Confident using reservation platforms and CRM tools
* Charismatic communicator with an eye for detail and a flair for guest experience
* Impeccable grooming and presentation
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Flexible and committed able to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
