The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
* Ensure learning continues smoothly using pre-prepared lesson plans
* Encourage positive engagement and support students in staying on task
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
* Help maintain a focused, effective learning environment
