Major Accountabilities
* Responsible for providing assistance to the Visual Merchandising Lead for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in the Flagship Store
* Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
* Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
* Hanging, steaming, and organising apparel both front and back of house
* Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics are up to date and utilised as directed
* Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required
* Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
* Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
* May participate in new store openings as requested
* Maintaining back‑of‑house organisation
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements for Success
* Visual Merchandising experience
* Team player
* Self‑motivation, creativity, and organisation are a must in this role
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
* Embraces New Balance lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance brand
* Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
* Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
* Depending on the location, may require some travel
