As the Head of Manufacturing, you will lead all factory operations (Production, Engineering, Quality etc,), overseeing the team and manufacturing KPIs throughout the plant. Your leadership will be crucial in embedding Operational Excellence and shaping a clear vision for the site’s future.
In this role, your primary focus will be on both people and processes. You will guide the team, offering mentorship and support while ensuring strategic processes are in place and KPIs are achieved. A transparent leadership style will be fundamental to your success in this position.
