Invoice Administrator/General Office Administrator

Location: Grantham

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Start date: Immediate

Hours: 24 hrs per week: Monday, Thursday and Friday.

JRL is a national brickwork contractor that has achieved steady growth working alongside the UK's major house builders and some of our most prestige local builders. JRL co-ordinates the efforts of around 300 contractors around the country at any one time. The office staff are based at Withambrook park, and you will be part of a small friendly team who ensure the smooth running of the business.

We are looking for our Invoice Administrator to have:

* Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, which must include English & Mathematics or equivalent relevant and demonstrable work experience
* Experience of working with all aspects of invoicing
* Have a positive working attitude
* Ability to provide information, quickly and clearly
* Meticulous, methodical and accurate
* Confident in speaking on the phone
* Ability to deal with queries in a timely manner
* Have excellent IT skills, particularly Excel spreadsheets
* Be able to work independently and use initiative

The successful applicant will carry out the following duties:

* The post requires an individual who is enthusiastic and able to carry out varied admin duties, to include but not inclusively:
* Creating Sales invoices and updating Sales Ledger
* Filling, ordering stationery and assist with other administrative tasks as required
* Answering emails
* Record keeping using Excel spreadsheets
* Accurate data entry

An ideal candidate will have a year or more experience within an office environment however for the right candidate it is not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour
