* Ensure strong EYFS practice and continuous quality improvement
* Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
* Support staff development and promote best practices
Required Qualifications
About You
* Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional early years education
