Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor Location: West Midlands and surrounding Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses much more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (not essential, as our client will put the successful candidate through the Assessor qualification!) Hold occupational competency within Health and Social Care at Management level. Hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Confident to support learners with Maths and English Functional Skills (as required). Must have a good level of ICT skills Confident with classroom / small group-based delivery Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: Assess and support learners working through Short Courses, and full Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5, including Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. Delivering training and support within the learners’ place of work and within a classroom / workshop setting. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
