What's the job?
1. Lead a Native Apps scrum team to deliver exceptional results against OKRs
2. Participate in Agile ceremonies, build and maintain the product backlog, analyse business requirements and produce user stories and acceptance criteria
3. Contribute to the broader culture of the Kingfisher Product Chapter
4. Working with the Product Manager to shape the long-term mobile apps product vision and ensuring we optimise our use of native features
5. Deliver key initiatives to meet our business objectives
6. Immerse yourself in insights and learning from competitor analysis, user research and qualitative and quantitative data to inform new ideas and optimisation
7. Explore and champion new ideas, assess results and celebrate success
8. Adept use of hypothesis driven experimentation to drive value and learning
What we need:
9. Proven experience as a Mobile Apps Product Owner with a strong commercial background
10. Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience with different methodologies
11. Experience working with cross-functional teams
12. Confident working with ambiguity
13. Comfortable with technical conversations – initiating and understanding them
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
15. Passionate about solving problems for our customers
16. Experience with JIRA and Confluence would be beneficial, but not essential
17. Retail background would be an advantage, but it is not essential
