Job Summary

Title: Test Centre Administrator

Location: Salisbury, UK

Schedule: Permanent, part‑time (minimum 8.25 hours per week)

Pay: £13.60 per hour, paid at the end of each month

Your Responsibilities

* Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
* Comply with all test‑security procedures and company policies, exercising careful judgment.
* Verify personal identification documents and explain the testing process/rules.
* Proctor / invigilate candidates during the exam.
* Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal departments such as IT.
* Perform housekeeping duties (e.g., vacuuming floors, sanitizing keyboards/workstations) as needed.


Qualifications and Attributes

* Friendly, professional team‑player with a positive customer‑service attitude.
* Minimum qualifications in English and Maths.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
* Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the exam room.
* Excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour and noticing subtle details from a distance.
* Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment.
