This is why we provide education and development opportunities, all of which aim to encourage learning and build confidence in end of life care and support.- Content## **Head of Community Services**This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior clinical leader to shape and lead high-quality community palliative and end-of-life care services at Prospect Hospice.As Head of Community Services, you will provide visible, strategic and operational leadership to our community clinical teams – including Single Point of Contact, Community Nurse Specialists and Hospice at Home. Your leadership will ensure safe, effective, responsive and compassionate care for patients and families in their own home.#### **Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)**Our ambition is to optimise the reach and impact of our services, influencing excellence in end-of-life care across Swindon, Marlborough and northeast Wiltshire.
