The role As a Secondary Teacher, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons provided by the school Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment Adapt confidently to different subjects, year groups and school settings Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures Keep pupils engaged and on task Provide brief end-of-day feedback to school staff You choose the days you work, with opportunities ranging from ad-hoc cover to more regular and longer-term bookings.
