Bedford Borough Council are currently seeking an Early Help Practitioner to join our team within Children’s Services.
Responsibilities
Within this role, you will provide and coordinate structured support and intervention to help families overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience of direct work with children, young people and their families within homes, schools and community settings is required. Experience of working with teenagers will be advantageous.
