Responsibilities
* To be the main point of contact for designated clients
* Prepare and oversee the delivery plan for all key accounts assigned
* To ensure all work is delivered and completed in accordance with technical and commercial requirements
* Provide technical support and guidance for clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in managing large complex national and international clients. If you have a background within a certified industry or a H&S environment.
* Substantial account management experience
* Full understanding of ISO standards 9001/14001/45001
* Full clean driving license for use in the UK
* Previous experience in project management - ideally in a consulting/auditing environment
* Proficient in computer software
* Customer service and negotiation experience
