We are looking for a proactive and energetic Team Leader to join our Cuban family. As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the management structure, owning the guest experience within your venue and coordinating the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure the venue is set up for success and uphold brand standards, delivering our purpose: to create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests.
In this role, you'll recognize your team when they perform well and provide developmental feedback to address performance gaps. You'll act as a supportive coach, motivator, and professional, helping your team understand the value of their contributions towards our goals. Progression opportunities include moving into Duty Management, with access to our Management Academy course—a development program designed to train and prepare Team Leaders for Assistant Manager roles.
