The apprentice role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of the business. The apprentice will support different departments, learn new skills, and contribute to ongoing projects. This role aims to develop the apprentice's professional abilities and prepare them for future career opportunities within the company. \n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\nâ¢\tAssist in daily operations and support various departments as needed.\nâ¢\tParticipate in training sessions and workshops to develop relevant skills.\nâ¢\tContribute to ongoing projects and collaborate with team members.\nâ¢\tMaintain accurate records and documentation of work completed.\nâ¢\tAdhere to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.\nâ¢\tProvide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.\n Working with us, in a Business Administration Apprentice role, you'll learn on the job about the Energy industry, and enhance your skills in the following areas: \nâ¢\tCommunication\nâ¢\tTeamwork\nâ¢\tProblem solving\nâ¢\tadaptability\nâ¢\tTime management\nâ¢\tO365\n Someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.\nA person with good communication and interpersonal skills.\nThe ability to work well in a team and independently.\nHave a basic understanding of the industry and company operations.\nA positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.\nMinimum of four National 5 Grades, which must include English level C or above\nKey quality we are looking for is someone who shows a strong potential to be a good team member and work hard to be successful!
