In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both new and long-standing clients, helping us maintain the high standards that have fueled our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For:
* Warm, approachable manner with strong people skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using email, calendars, and basic office software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Working Hours
Mon-Wed (9-5 with 30 mins lunch)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14,625.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
