An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing outsourced Paraplanning business based in the Sutton Coldfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys building relationships and wants to be part of a young, ambitious business with genuine growth plans and future progression potential.
Unlike a traditional in‑house role, this business works as a true extension of their clients’ teams, developing close working relationships with financial advisers and tailoring their support to suit individual businesses and ways of working.
The role will involve producing high‑quality suitability reports, supporting advisers with technical queries, assisting with systems and processes, and becoming a trusted point of contact for clients.
Role
* Writing high‑quality suitability reports across a range of financial planning cases
* Working closely with financial advisers and becoming an extension of their teams
* Providing technical support and answering client queries
* Supporting advisers with systems and process‑related matters
* Contributing to a collaborative and growing business environment
About You
* Experienced Paraplanner background is essential
* Will consider Diploma qualified or Part qualified candidates
* Strong report writing and technical knowledge
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Comfortable working closely with advisers and delivering a high level of service
* Keen to be involved in a growing business where you can make an impact
Package
* Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working, Sutton Coldfield area
* Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
