Interv_l are supporting an innovative scaling business who are looking for a Customer Success Manager.
At the heart of this role is transformation. You’ll be the go-to champion for their customers driving excellence, leading change, and managing projects that make a real difference to the way they work. As part of their Customer Success team, you'll be hands-on as they roll out their software, offer strategic consultancy, and build partnerships that last.
What you'll be doing:
* Be a trusted advisor, offering consultancy and strategic insights that deliver measurable value.
* Forge genuine relationships with key customers that go beyond the basics.
* Take ownership of client expectations and make sure we’re always one step ahead.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to wow prospects and support pre-sales conversations.
* Roll up your sleeves to work with customer data and prep it for seamless onboarding into our software.
* Guide each project from kickoff to handover, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
* Create clear and helpful documentation for both clients and internal teams.
* Keep projects moving at pace, no delays, just solutions.
* Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact customers rely on throughout their journey.
* Spot opportunities for growth and help customers get even more from our solutions.
* Bring fresh thinking to our processes, helping them continuously raise the bar.
* Be hands-on with technical problem solving, and where needed, visit client sites to provide training and support.
* Tackle issues with a cool head and escalate as needed to keep things running smoothly.
* Keep your tech skills sharp by reading, learning, attending events, and networking.
* Always represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and a spark of personality.

What you'll need:
* You’ve got experience juggling multiple projects like a pro (planning, scope, risk it’s all in your toolkit).
* You’re familiar with structured project methodologies (Prince2, PMP, or similar).
* Your time management and organisational skills are second to none.
* You’re driven by results and love turning goals into real-world wins.
* Tech-savvy? You understand systems and can speak the language.
* You’re a confident communicator, whether writing up a report or presenting to a crowd.
* You’ve got a valid UK driving license and passport, ready to go where the work takes you.
