We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the school’s successful and supportive team. This role may be suitable for professionals with experience of working within the private or maintained childcare sector who are looking for a new challenge in a school setting.
The Oaks Infant School is one of ten schools within Our Community Multi Academy Trust. The successful candidate will have:
* A qualification that meet the DfE criteria - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england
* experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage and has a passion for nurturing individuals through a child-led approach
* a kind, caring and nurturing disposition
* a commitment to working within a supportive and collaborative team where we are passionate about educational philosophy and pedagogy
* an abilityto develop positive, meaningful and productive relationships with pupils andstrong links withtheir parents
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check along with other pre-employment checks which must be undertaken before the role is confirmed by the school.
