3. Relevant experience in a communications or public relations role, whether in-house or agency, or experience of working in the media
4. Experience of events management
5. A sense of news and an understanding of how to develop a compelling narrative
6. Knowledge of how to produce content for a wide range of audiences and channels, including digital channels
7. Experience of project management, including independently delivering project objectives through to completion to tight deadlines
Desirable criteria
8. Experience of using content management systems
9. Experience of using social media channels in an organisational context
10. Ability to create video or audio content

11. Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills, including the ability to turn complex material or jargon into plain English

14. Capable of working both independently, taking forward own ideas proactively, and as a member of the team working cohesively on joint campaigns
