Pay Rate: Competitive
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday (some flexibility required) AM/PM shifts - occasional nightshift
Location: Heathrow Airport (TW6 2GA)

We're seeking a Site Trainer to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
1. Delivery of training courses to new and existing colleagues.
2. To conduct all Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements
3. To devise, implement and conduct GSE operators courses
4. To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
5. Display a professional image
6. To provide and support all mandatory, compliance and induction training
7. Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards and legislation mandatory requirements.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
8. Previous experience in aviation, a strong understanding of DHL's safety policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of airlines and airport authorities.
9. A forward-thinking and organized leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven in team and self-development
10. Strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with a diverse group of colleagues and airline personnel.
11. Good IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
12. Train the Trainer' certificate or Training qualification is desirable
13. Full UK driving license (manual) – essential
14. Delivering Aviation Security training
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
15. Be able to provide five years address history
16. Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
17. To obtain a full airside ID
