I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor in the Caribbean, who have an enviable track record in delivering high end/high value construction projects.
An exciting role with a mix of projects, ranging from working as sole Project QS on $5m-$10m homes, to $100m plus projects with a team.
Opportunity to work on outer islands, this role would involve travel, so might be better suited for a single status applicant.
I'm looking for someone who has:
8-15 years experience
Stable career background
Previous experience on high end build projects
Relevant qualification/degree
Contractor experience
Caribbean experience advantage but not essential.
