We are seeking a German Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.
* Answer calls from existing and new customers
* Proactively deal with all queries relating to the business
* Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
* Manage email queries
* Demonstrate a professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer
* Fundamental knowledge on all product ranges
* Facilitate calls from B2B and B2C
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
* Attention to detail with high level of communication skills
* Fluent German speaker
* Computer literacy
