What you will do:
* Build and maintain supportive relationships with children, young people, and their families to ensure their needs are met.
* Work collaboratively with the legal team to prepare court applications, understanding and negotiating the challenging legal landscape.
* Manage a diverse and complex caseload with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
* Attend and present at court, demonstrating a strong presence and delivering compelling oral evidence.
* Utilise a restorative approach to social work, grounding your practice in empathy and understanding.
* Engage in consistent professional development and training to keep your skills sharp and informed by the latest best practices.
