To support their busy Customer Service team, they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The Opportunity: * Process customer orders with high attention to detail. * Maintain accurate customer records. * Responding to customer queries via email & phone calls. * Following up on customer requests, providing and sending over quotations. * Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer. * Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Personal Profile: You will be passionate about helping others and providing solutions and an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have strong advanced Excel skills and previous experience using SAP.
