Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of testing strategies with organizational goals.
Delivery Test Management: Lead and oversee testing efforts for complex strategic programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of delivery test managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Drive QA and Quality Engineering practices, leveraging technical expertise to ensure robust testing frameworks and methodologies.
Industry Expertise: Utilize recent experience in the Insurance industry to align testing approaches with business processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a STEM subject
Excellent stakeholder management skills
20 years’ experience in QA / Quality Engineering (technical background preferred)
10+ years’ experience in Delivery Test Management on strategic complex programmes
5+ years’ managing a team of delivery test managers
Recent business & IT experience in the Insurance industry
Excellent conceptualisation and verbalisation skills
