About the Role
We are looking for an organised and motivated English Lecturer with strong programme management skills. In this role you will deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students and oversee the management and coordination of educational programmes. You will work closely with academic teams to ensure the smooth running of courses, from planning and delivery to assessment and evaluation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about teaching and committed to ensuring the success of both students and the programmes they are part of.
About You
* Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or commitment to working towards it.
* GCSEs B or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Proven teaching experience in GCSE English Language, preferably within an FE or HE environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage and motivate young people, and a passion for achieving student success.
