Scrub Daddy UK is the distributor of the Scrub Daddy brand in the UK and EU. We currently distribute to most major national retailers and wholesalers in the UK and have an ever growing presence in Europe. To continue this growth we are looking for a senior account manager to take over several regions within the EU. This is an office based role in Tiverton, Devon.
The Role
The principal responsibilities for the role will be to drive growth through the grocery, hardware and variety channels in the specified EU regions.
General Responsibilities
* Identify potential customers (larger retailers), relevant parties within them and initiate contact to introduce product ranges
* Manage and develop relationship with buyers at key regional accounts. These include retailers, wholesalers and appointed national distributors.
* Seek opportunities to increase range offering and improve in store presence
* Create and implement customer specific promotions to increase sales and product visibility
* Ensure customers are kept informed of all new product launches
* Manage new customer enquiries and onboarding process
* Work with the wider team to overcome challenges of doing business in new areas.
About You
* Must have at least 5 years experience in B2B account management preferably within the FMCG category
* An ability to work autonomously and plan and manage your own time
* Ability to develop opportunities with existing customers as well as identifying and sourcing potential new business
* Must be experienced in commercial decision making and assessing complex distribution chains.
