Zenith People & Training are on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute various marketing campaigns, help drive lead generation, and support the development of brand and engagement strategies. Your role will focus on managing day-to-day marketing tasks, content creation, and campaign execution, helping both business grow its client base and attract candidates. You will also play a key role in maintaining the company’s presence across digital channels and assisting in the development of innovative strategies that align with overall business goals. This is a versatile role where no two days are the same, one day you might be creating engaging social media content, the next drafting a blog post or assisting with a campaign launch. Your ability to seamlessly switch between tasks, while maintaining quality and creativity, will be key to your success. Role responsibilities & requirements: * Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing and managing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels. * Monitor the performance of marketing activities and provide regular updates on campaign progress, metrics, and results. * Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring all communications are on-brand and consistent in terms of tone, messaging, and visual style. * Create and manage content for marketing collateral, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, white papers and social media content, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand voice. * Support the Marketing Manager in developing creative assets such as banners, brochures, email templates, and presentations. * Support on ideas for video and photography shoots as required. * Contribute to planning and executing social media strategies aimed at strengthening the company’s online presence, boosting engagement, and driving traffic to the website. * Consistently update social media platforms with engaging and relevant content that appeals to both clients and candidates, actively managing interactions by monitoring engagement and responding to comments and inquiries. * Use tools like Canva and Adobe InDesign to design visually appealing graphics that capture attention across social platforms. * Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimised for search engines. * Track key metrics for digital campaigns, email marketing, and website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. * Assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, or recruitment fairs, coordinating logistics and promoting events through various marketing channels. Key Skills and Competencies: * Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, multi-media content creation. * Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging content across multiple platforms (blog posts, social media, email). * Ability to create and update engaging content tailored to attract both clients and candidates, with a strong ability to monitor engagement and manage online interactions. * Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook), and email marketing tools. * Ability to analyse marketing performance data and generate actionable insights. * Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. * High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content, reporting, and overall marketing execution
