Location: The Acre, Covent Garden, London – Majority home working, once a month in the office.

Overview
We are hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. In this Global position, you will manage the daily administration, configuration, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of both Sales and Service Clouds, along with Lightning, and have hands‑on experience with enterprise organization management. Although coding skills are not a requirement for this role, technical aptitude and an understanding of APIs will be advantageous. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers with Salesforce, playing a crucial role in our CRM transformation efforts and enhancing the effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
* Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and managing fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules.
* Assist in data management activities, including data imports, exports, and maintenance of data integrity and quality.
* Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce functionality and features.
* Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging APIs and other integration tools.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities within Salesforce.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused in‑house role.
* Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator.
* Knowledge of Adobe, Integrations, and Enterprise Data is desirable.
* Strong proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities.
* Previous experience in enterprise org management, including user and security management, data model customization and basic reporting.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously with a driven attitude.
