We are looking for an Assistant Client Services Manager to join one of our industry teams and manage a key client while line‑managing a small team.
The role involves:
* Managing a small team to successfully carry out the mystery shopping programmes.
* Liaising with the clients on the progress of their programmes.
* Day to day management of programme delivery.
* Assisting with the design of the mystery shopping programmes to ensure a successful programme.
* Coaching the team to help them with their own work/personal progression.
* Overseeing the operations of a team of Mystery Shoppers across the UK to fulfil project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong project management skills with a background in managing people.
* Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage your own workload within set time frames.
* Good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate good levels of spelling and grammar.
* Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.

Key Considerations:
* Office hours are 9‑5 Monday to Friday (later/earlier starts/finishes are always considered).
* Salary £26,734.50 pa.
* 28 days’ holiday including 8 bank holidays plus 5 days extra paid leave (pro rata for part‑time staff).
* Contractual sick pay included.
* 6‑month probationary period.
* Subject to satisfactory DBS and ID/credit check.
