What you’ll be doing
* Lead day‑to‑day operation of the Farm Shop, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
* Motivate, develop and manage the retail team.
* Oversee product displays, merchandising and stock levels.
* Coordinate with internal departments (butchery, bakery, deli, etc.) for cohesive retail offering.
