🔑 The Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will:

Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across a wide range of sectors.

Build strong, consultative relationships to understand client needs and provide bespoke insurance solutions.
*
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and account growth opportunities with professionalism and care.
*
Work closely with Account Handlers and support teams to ensure seamless client service.
*
Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
✅ About You
We are looking for someone who has:
*
Experience in commercial insurance – either as an Account Executive or a senior Account Handler ready to step up.
*
Strong knowledge of a range of commercial lines (Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, etc.).
*
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
*
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*
Progress towards Cert CII / Dip CII (desirable but not essential).
